Renewed again this blog to a fresher look :)
Still using the same template though, just replaced the background and header.
And a change of blog address as well from inthehide.blogspot.com to sometimesginger.blogspot.com
100% Paint, ga ngerti Photoshop wahahaa
anyways, why ginger? It's a bit of a story.
Jessica is my first name, and it is...truly...a very...common name.
During elementary years, I remember 2 girls in my batch bearing the same name and it got worse during junior years. Imagine 7 "jessica"s...ugh. Why can't my mom & dad think of a better name -__-
When I asked them, they said that during my year of birth "jessica" was kind of a cool (?) name back at my birthplace, England. Oh well, can't blame them, though I really wish to swap my name in the birth certificate into something else.
So back then at school, I preferred being called by my initial name, "jhh". And in indonesian it is pronounced "je-ha-ha", which kind of urge people to laugh -_-*
Then my friends started calling me "jeha", or "jehong". And some other creative friends loved calling me "jahe", which means ginger in indonesian. Actually I have to admit that's cute. So that's what inspired me to update this blog to this latest version :)

This is like perhaps the 5th change since my blog at livejournal. Whew.
Sometimes, I'm called jahe, while in reality I hate jahe. I mean the literal jahe (=ginger). Ughhhh that weird tasting herb.. Sometimes I mistook it as onion slice in dishes. Biting it is like....bam! Surprise tongue-rape.
Oddly enough, some people are the opposite. They love ginger, and they loathe onion. Fine, suit yourself.
But as time pass, people give in to what they hate. I have taken a liking to teh jahe (ginger tea). But eating ginger is, of course, still a big no.
anyways, I have never tasted ginger bread. Just fell in love with the pictures hahah
